This policy describes how Project Logistix, LLC (“we”) handles information when you use the Projistix PPM website at projistix.com, the application at app.projistix.com, and the trial site at trial.projistix.com (together, the “Service”).

Information we collect

• Account and trial details you submit, such as name, email, and organization.
• Workspace content you enter, including projects, tasks, people, and files.
• Sign-in and security records, such as session identifiers and approximate time of access.
• Messages you send to admin@projistix.com.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the Service, authenticate you, provide support, and keep the workspace available. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that host the Service, send email, or store backups, and only so they can perform that work. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Retention

Account and workspace data stay while the workspace is active. Trial data may be deleted when a trial ends, as described in the trial terms. You may ask us to delete a workspace by emailing admin@projistix.com.
