Terms of service

Project Logistix, LLC · Projistix PPM · Effective September 25, 2026

These terms are between Project Logistix, LLC (“we”) and the person or organization that uses Projistix PPM (the “Customer”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, the Customer agrees to these terms.

The service

Projistix PPM is a project workspace. We provide it at app.projistix.com. A limited evaluation trial, when offered, is also governed by the trial terms shown at application.

Customer content

The Customer owns the plans, tasks, and files it stores in the workspace. The Customer grants us permission to host that content solely to operate the Service. The Customer is responsible for having the right to upload it.

Acceptable use

The Customer will not misuse the Service, attempt to break access controls, or use it to harm others. We may suspend access that threatens the Service or other customers.

No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT THE CUSTOMER PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) IF THE CUSTOMER HAS NOT PAID US.
